We collect the following information when you use ROASGuard AI:

• Account information — your name, email address, and company name (if provided)
• Subscription data — your plan, payment status, and billing history (processed by Pesapal — we do not store card details)
• Advertising performance data — ROAS metrics, spend, impressions, and campaign data retrieved from your connected Meta and Google Ads accounts (read-only)
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration, and error logs
• Communications — support emails and messages you send to us

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the ROASGuard AI service
• Send you account-related notifications (welcome emails, payment receipts, alerts)
• Analyse ad performance and generate insights for your dashboard
• Respond to support requests
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security
• Send product updates and tips (you can unsubscribe at any time)

4. Ad Account Data

When you connect your Meta or Google Ads accounts, we retrieve performance data using official APIs with read-only access. We do not modify, pause, or create any campaigns on your behalf. Your ad account credentials are never stored — we use OAuth tokens that you can revoke at any time from your ad platform settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Pesapal — for payment processing (your email and plan details)
• Resend — for transactional email delivery (your name and email)
• Meta and Google APIs — to retrieve your ad data on your behalf
• Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect our legal rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure API authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — update your account information at any time
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and data
